More like, better luck when you all decide to pass me. And then I was told that I failed, and better luck next time. I may as well have thrown my $120 in the trashcan that morning. I'll be surprised if anyone calls me back. A voicemail messaging machine finally picked up. The line continued to tell me that their call volume was higher than usual and someone would be right with me. I was on my phone for 54 minutes total without a single answer. I decided to call today to speak with someone and touch base about the situation. I have waited one week, and I still have heard nothing from psi. To which she responded, "sure." in other words… Nothing is going to be done about it. She did not ask for my name, my telephone number, my email address, nothing! Before hanging up, I asked her if she would please take my telephone number and email address so that if psi decided to reimburse me for my test, or allow me to test a second time at no charge (being I "failed" the first attempt) so that they could actually get in touch with me. Not to mention I waited for her to answer for 47 minutes. The lady that I spoke with told me that she would file a complaint, but there was nothing further that she could do. I have called and complained about the terrible experience that I had the day that I tested. They are making a fortune off of us! I guarantee that I passed that test. You cannot tell me that this is not rigged. The funny thing here is that PSI does not show us the questions that we answered incorrectly at the end … So, we are paying them $120 every time we test, and putting our trust in these people to be honest with us regarding our test scores. I do not personally know anyone, nor have I met anyone in online study groups that passed this test on their first 7 attempts. The majority of my friends.(whom are intelligent and passed their real estate class final with 90's and above) all took their PSI exam 8-12 times before passing. I have MANY friends that have tested with psi. The lighting never dimmed any lower than it originally was set for. I never saw her check my computer screen. She told me that the lighting was down as low as it would go. I told the proctor about my situation, and I asked her to please dim the light on my computer, as we are told not to adjust or tamper with our monitor. I also have a vestibular disease with my eyes, so fluorescent lights and computer screens bother me. It was probably 60° in the testing center. At one point, the guy behind me leaned on his desk, and the entire desk collapsed. There were so many distractions that I could not concentrate. I am POSITIVE that PSI is ripping us off! I am trying to receive my Real Estate License in Georgia, I tested at the Savannah location last week. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
